Meet the Team: Kacper, from Support
“Hello, my name is Kacper. Kacper, like the friendly ghost. ... No, I am not a robot, I am a human...”
These are a couple of lines Webexpenses users (and team members) hear coming from the support team. And we assure you that Kacper is, indeed, a real human.
So to put a face, and human, to the name of Webexpenses support team members (who are available to help any Webexpenses users 24/6!), please Meet the Team.
To kick us off, we have Kacper. Kacper is originally from Poland and works in our UK office. He joined Webexpenses' support team in March 2021 and has since closed 2929 support tickets.
Q1. What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my free time, I do freerunning and gymnastics. I’ve been doing this for over 15 years and I never get bored of it! Also, I enjoy drawing, especially drawing portraits with a dot work method. Most recently, I’ve been running half-marathons.
Q2. What is your favourite food?
I love Chinese and Thai cuisine. I love spicy food in general.
Q3. Where is your favourite place to go on holiday?
It may be a bit unusual, but I love going to Iceland. I’m a fan of Scandinavian countries.
Q4. What’s one fun fact about you?
Within two days, I decided to fly to Iceland and run my first half-marathon ever. Spontaneous decisions make good stories!
Q4.5. How’d the half marathon go?
I managed to finish it in 1hour 48minutes.
Q5: If you were left stranded on a deserted island, which three items would you take with you? And why?
A trampoline, camera, and a pallet of ciders.
- The trampoline to keep myself fit and obviously, I love to be upside down in the air!
- A camera with never-ending battery life - so I can record my cool flips as well as store memories while being on a deserted island.
- Pallet of ciders - well...I just like cider.
Q6. How many languages do you speak?
Three: Polish, English, and a bit of Swedish.
Q7: What advice would you give to someone new to a support role?
- Stay positive.
- Be patient.
- Show understanding and be empathetic.
- Ask questions - Better to ask the way than to go astray.
