Webexpenses, Abacus, Chrome River EXPENSE, Workday Expenses are named the 2020 Expense Management Data Quadrant gold medalists

TORONTO (PRWEB) DECEMBER 03, 2020 -- SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its 2020 Expense Management Data Quadrant Awards, naming four vendors as Gold Medalists. The following vendors are leaders according to the feedback provided by their end-users via SoftwareReviews’ comprehensive online survey. Vendors were rated on their product features, vendor capabilities, and the relationship with their software partner:

- Webexpenses

- Abacus

- Chrome River EXPENSE

- Workday Expense

What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different? Inclusion of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view. SoftwareReviews calls this insight the Net Emotional Footprint.

Webexpenses, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +86, scored top product in many categories, specifically exceeding user expectations in approval workflow and receipt image submission. Abacus, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +87, received outstanding responses on business value created. Chrome River EXPENSE, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +74, ranked strongly on breadth of features and vendor support. Workday Expenses, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +84, excelled with its multi-currency feature.

In general, Expense Management software users were most satisfied with expense detail tracking – and were most dissatisfied with ease of customization.
