Webexpenses makes it to finals of top Amazon business awards

Webexpenses has been selected as one of the eight finalists in a prestigious award to honour world-class businesses within the UK.

Created by Real Business and now in its 19th year, the Amazon Growing Business Awards has developed a proud reputation for highlighting exceptional businesses and outstanding entrepreneurs throughout the nation.

Past winners have included the likes of Innocent Drinks, Betfair and Lovefilm, with the award ceremony attracting VIP guests such as Bill Gates, Gordon Brown and Stelios Haji-Ioannou.

Webexpenses has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Growing Business of the Year Category for smaller companies. The award recognises ‘high growth, high quality’ world class businesses.

A webexpenses representative will now face a panel of judges who will be grilling each of the eight finalists before a decision is made on the overall winner. It’s a tough test with the judges including some of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Adam Reynolds, CEO of webexpenses said:

“We’re delighted to have made it to the finals of an event which has such a proud track record for highlighting the very best of UK businesses. It’s a testament to the hard work of all the team who keep us driving forward.”

The finalist interviews will take place on October 16th with the winners announced at the awards ceremony taking place at The Brewery, London on November 29th. The black-tie event will be hosted by stand-up comedian Iain Stirling, the voice of hit UK TV show, Love Island.

The other finalists webexpenses will be competing with are: Click for Games,  CommuterClub, Crunch, Digitavia , Flight Club Darts, Laundryheap Limited and TrustedHousesitters.
