Webexpenses competes at customer experience final

Webexpenses went head-to-head with some of the UK’s biggest companies today to compete for the prestigious 2012 Customer Experience Award.

WebExpenses was one of five finalists, selected from hundreds, who went before a panel of judges at the final of the nationwide competition to find Britain’s best businesses for customer service.

WebExpenses was pipped at the post by the winners, Cougar Automation Limited, in the Business to Business category but judges commended webexpenses on the quality of its entry.

The company was up against some of the UK’s biggest companies with the likes of BT Business and EDF Energy also selected as finalists.

Sanjay Parekh, Managing Director of webexpenses, said: “The feedback from the judges throughout this process has been really positive and to get to the final was something we’re really proud of.

“Congratulations to Cougar Automation and coming this close is the motivation we need to make sure we’re back next year, this time to win it.”

WebExpenses has developed a proud reputation for the quality of its customer support and its commitment to exceed customer expectations.
