Munster extends contract with partner, Webexpenses

31 January 2022 (Oxford, UK) Munster Rugby Club have extended their Partnership with leading Spend Management provider, Webexpenses.

Since the partnership, Webexpenses, a digital expense management and AP provider, have helped Munster Rugby with its expense management solutions. Webexpenses manages Munster’s employee spend including creating, building, and submitting claims, reimbursement, and reporting on expenditure.

Munster Rugby continues to use Webexpenses’ Mobile App on the go to claim for expenses off the pitch. By switching away from the traditional approach - relying on paper receipts and costs entered into Excel spreadsheets - Munster has saved around two days of administrative time each month.

Andy May, Sales Director at Webexpenses, said: “We are delighted to continue the Partnership with Munster. It has been great helping the Club switch to a digital process and using Webexpenses to gain back valuable time. We look forward to continuing this partnership with Munster and seeing their success grow both on and off the pitch.”

To celebrate their partnership with Munster, Webexpenses are giving away a Munster Rugby signed t-shirt to one follower across their LinkedIn and Twitter channels. The giveaway will run from 31st January until 16th February and is open to all Webexpenses followers.
